A Method for Teaching Aerial Breakfalls

By Robert E. Wolfe, II, B.A.

A Method for Teaching Aerial Breakfalls

Aerial breakfalls are sometimes used to escape from jointlocks, allowing one to break free and continue either practicing or fighting. The author illustrates eight clear steps to make progress in performing this technique.
