Injuries Sustained in Martial Arts Practice

The goal of this study is to examine the most common causes of injuries sustained while practicing the martial arts. The study attempts to determine the most common injury type, the most common body part injured, and the most common injury. Additionally, age, gender, and years of experience were examined for their ability to predict the occurrence of these injuries.
