The Taiji Classics suggests a method by which accuracy of postures need not be sacrificed for feeling in order to attain experiential understanding of continuous energy flow. This insight is derived from the delight of the “effortless effort” found in practice, which cultivates the circulation of energy which, in turn, promotes health and power.
