The civil aspects of taiji have been much written about but the combative principles, applications, etc., are little known and in danger of being lost. This article presents some of the key elements used by taiji exponents in combat, such as sticking energy, emitting energy, attacking vital points, etc. In conjunction, moral character is stressed.
